Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada and the US.

How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is complimentary within Calgary on all orders over $200
For all shipping, contact us for a specific quote. We subsidize shipping costs based on size, and final destination.

Do you drop ship orders?
Yes, we absolutely do. By default, we do not include an invoice in shipments, except for US shipments. For any shipments going to the US, we have to include a commercial invoice for it to clear customs. For shipments within Canada, invoices are not included in the package. Anytime we see a difference in the billing address, and shipping address, we automatically treat the package as a drop shipment.

Can I pick up my order?
Totally! We really like to see the look of delight on your face when you see your finished prints for the first time.

How long will it take to get my order?
Deliveries to the Calgary area typically arrive the next day once shipped. Orders outside of the Calgary area are shipped via UPS, or Canada Post and take anywhere from 2-6 days to arrive once shipped depending on where you are. We can rush your order through if you need something quicker, on a case by case basis depending on our work load.

What happens if the package is damaged or lost during shipping?
Local deliveries within the Calgary area:

All deliveries handled directly in house are fully covered for damage and theft until the point of drop off. We typically arrange a delivery time, when someone is home, so that packages are not left unattended or outside. If delivery is arranged to be left outside, it will be properly packaged for the elements, however once left outside we are no longer liable for lost or damaged shipments. We only cover packages to the point of delivery.

We package everything very carefully, and damage is highly unlikely. We have only had 2 instances of shipping damage in a decade of shipping art, and have an extensive back ground in shipping safely. To be real here however, once a shipment leaves our location by courier, we no longer have control over the package, and as such, do not warranty any shipments. Please contact me immediately in the unlikely event of shipping damage so courier reliability can be tracked. Any shipments showing proof of delivery on the couriers end will not be replaced if lost.

Can you rush shipment?
Sometimes. Rush fulfillment and delivery is available by request, in some cases. Contact us directly if you require something immediately and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your item ships, you will be emailed with a courier tracking number. You can track your order anytime for real time updates.

Please note, shipping times are approximate averages. Poor weather, and courier efficiency may affect delivery times. These times are in addition to production. Rush shipping is available, however, production time is still required to complete an order before shipping.
